Engaging in Positive Youth Development and Cultural Sustainability based on recreational sport.
This research project intends to study coaches' firsthand experiences in order to learn how community-based recreational youth sports can promote positive experiences in adapting to diverse cultures and exploring their identities.
Focus group interviews will be conducted with coaches who work at community-based recreational sport programs involving newcomer youth.
