Group Theraplay is a free eight-week program for families with children aged 3 years and 9 months to 6 years. This session runs from Feb 4-Mar 25.
This fun, interactive program is led by a mental health professional (Child and Adolescent Services) and a Public Health nurse. It’s designed to build on the parent-child relationship through play. The goal is to help children feel safe, secure and supported in building emotional and behavioural regulation skills.

Taking its name from the historic Red Hill Creek area, the Red Hill Branch opened in February 1969. The Branch moved to its current location in the plaza in 1983. To meet the demands of the growing community, it was renovated in 2000.
