Sleep difficulties are common during times of stress, but can become chronic, leading to insomnia. This talk by St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton psychologists, Dr. Tyler Tulloch and Dr. Adrijana Krsmanovic, explain the difference between normal and problematic sleep. They also provide strategies for preventing and managing insomnia using cognitive behavioural therapy. A partnership with St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton and Hamilton Public Library.
