Mindfulness meditation can prevent depression, reduce anxiety, help people manage stress and improve immune system functioning. This talk by St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton psychology residents Nena Wang and Cara Dunkley, covers the basics of mindfulness, including how to integrate it into your own life.
