Mental Health for Youth and Teens Online

Pandemic Impacts

Understand the impact of the pandemic on youth and teenagers, and learn mental health strategies.

Young people have been significantly affected by pandemic restrictions and lockdowns; unable to experience high-school and social life in the same way. This presentation looks at the pandemic's impacts on youth and teens and introduces mental health strategies. We will also explore ways that parents can help.

Presented by the Canadian Mental Health Association. After you register, an invitation with instructions on how to join the online group follows via email. It includes a link to join the Microsoft Teams meeting at the scheduled date and time.
