The McMaster Monitoring My Mobility study (MacM3) seeks English-speaking participants age 65+ with currently limited mobility.

Along with questionnaires and yearly physical assessments, this study will measure important mobility factors, such as life-space mobility, trip frequency, sedentary behaviour, body posture and step counts with the goal of developing tools and strategies for older adults and caregivers to self-manage their mobility as part of their health.
