Who is eligible?

Older men AND women(70+ y)

•Generally healthy

•Not participating in strength training

What’s involved?

Strength training program using resistance bands looking at the impact on physical function and strength.

As of March 29, while Hamilton is in Grey Zone, HPL offers Grab and Go, Print, Scan, Copy, One-Hour Computer Use and Staff-Retrieved Holds and Makerspace Pickup. Self-checkouts open. Hours: Tuesday-Friday 1:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday 1:00pm-5:00pm.
