Parents and children build their relationship through fun activities and interaction.
Group Theraplay is a free eight-week program for families with school-age children ages 3.9-6. This fun, interactive program is led by a mental health professional (Child and Adolescent Services) and a Public Health nurse. It’s designed to build on the parent-child relationship through play, with the goal of helping children feel safe, secure and supported in building skills toward emotional and behavioural regulation.
