This drop-in program invites participants to design maps of meaningful places, personal journeys, or invented lands. Members can use drawing, collage, or simple mixed media to express a sense of place, memory, or identity. Maps might reflect a neighborhood, a walk to school, a dream destination, or an emotional landscape.
Opened in 2009, Turner Park Branch shares a stunning multi-use facility with the YMCA. The single-floor Branch offers materials and programming for children, youths, adults and seniors.
