Have your taxes filed by trained volunteers at select branches. For those with a modest income and a simple tax situation. Limited spaces.
Anyone with a modest income (see chart below) is welcome to drop in for a 45-minute, one-on-one session to have your taxes filed by a trained volunteer, for free. This service is available 10am-4pm at Barton, Central, Dundas, Red Hill and Terryberry on designated dates. Registration is not required. Limited spaces.

Opened in May 1908, Barton Branch was first in the Hamilton Public Library system. The Branch occupied several permanent and temporary locations over the next 50 years, before it moved to its present location in November 1963. Barton Branch was most recently renovated in 2011.
